Romana grew up in the gentle hills of Styria, spending a lot of holidays in the mountains, summer and winter. From her childhood on she had a love for water, no matter if oceans, lakes rivers or small brooks.

When she moved to the area of Saalfelden Leogang in Salzburg/Austria she discovered that her favourite waters are small mountain brooks and lakes and the rushing waters of the gorges in the Alps. The sight of water calms her and the sound of it makes her happy.

So what better motif for a sweater than something relating to water? Gorges, waterfalls, oceans, lakes, rivers, brooks and many more choices. The final sketch displays some high mountains with a brook finding its way through the them. The design is printed in black and mountain water blue on a light grey sweater .
